Consent & sharing

Candidates control who can see their record, at the section level. Access is granted explicitly, logged, and revocable. Recording — for interviews — is always consent-gated.

Your data rights

• Access & export. Export your full Professional Record at any time.
• Correction. Request fixes to inaccurate data.
• Erasure. Exercise your right to be forgotten; erasure cascades across the data that names you as a subject.

Responsible AI

Recruitment AI is high-risk under the EU AI Act, and we treat it that way. A human stays in control of every decision, rankings are explainable and traceable, and we keep an inventory of the models in use.

Transparency

We publish our subprocessors and our cookie & tracking practices, and the full privacy policy sets out how we handle personal data.
