Getting started as a candidate
Your Electronic Professional Record (EPR) is a verifiable, portable record of your career that you own. This guide walks through building it and sharing it on your terms.
1. Create your account
Register as a candidate. It’s free, and the record you build belongs to you.
2. Build your record
Add evidence across the sections that make up your EPR:
- Skills — mapped to a shared competency framework so recruiters can reason about them.
- Work & education — your history, structured.
- Assessments — results that back your skills with evidence rather than claims.
- Other evidence — projects, references, and documents.
3. Control who sees what
Sharing is always on your terms. Generate a snapshot of your whole record, or grant access to a single section. Every access is logged, and you can revoke a share at any time.
4. Get matched on evidence
When you’re matched to a role, the result is explainable: you’ll see which parts of your record fit and which gaps to close. No keyword lottery.
Your data rights
You can export your full record at any time and request corrections or erasure. See Trust & privacy for how those rights work, or the privacy policy for the full detail.
