Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Trasor platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be eligible to work with the data you upload and have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
• Don’t upload data you don’t have the right to share, or use the platform to discriminate unlawfully.
• Don’t attempt to re-identify, scrape, or extract other users’ data beyond what you’ve been granted access to.

Your content & data

Candidates own their Professional Record. You grant Trasor the limited rights needed to operate the service and to share data according to the consents you set. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties except where required by law. We may update or change features over time.

Fees

Candidate accounts are free. Paid plans for teams and providers are governed by the order or agreement you enter into. See pricing.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trasor’s liability is limited. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the people who make them; the platform supports those decisions with explainable evidence.
